I followed this recipe and it was easy peasy. Just melt a bunch of butter in a skillet, add minced garlic, and salt/pepper. Then add chopped green beans and let them get just a bit softened. Finally, add panko and Parmesan. Cook it all together, stirring the whole time, until their Parmesan/bread crumbs get browned and crispy. When they do, I’m betting the green beans will be cooked to your liking.

And if you’ve got leftovers? Just throw it on top of whatever salad you’ve packed for lunch the next day because these bean bites work very well chilled. I think it’s because they retain their crunch thanks to being sautéed vs. steamed.
